I’ve lived this journey. My results are living proof of the exact steps and processes I use with myself and clients to get results. As a former Common Wealth Gold medalist ( competitive Powerlifter for 12 years ) I've done my apprenticeship in the gym and have advanced technique and programming skills. Being an athlete taught me MANY valuable skills I implement with highly motivated woman to get RESULTS, turning their dreams into DISCIPLINE and DESIRE that lead to GOALS! 


I struggled on my own to grow muscle and be my leanest self until I learnt EXACTLY what to do. Once I started do the RIGHT BEHAVIOURS on repeat (as you can see form my transformation photos ) EVERYTHING CHANGED!!!!  Now I'm going to teach you!


I run my private gym in Richmond NZ and work with clients face to face and online. My personal passion is teaching woman the value of having muscle mass not only for aesthetics but from a health and functional perspective for aging and metabolism.


 I love spending my free time with my family, fur babies, cooking good food, gardening and getting into the great outdoors!
